Yoga for Young Women ages 12-18

I am really excited to offer this class for teens! 

What to expect: We will dive into the majesty and wisdom of the eight limbs of yoga.  Classes will include: yoga philosophy, breath control, asana ( the physical postures, balances and flows) , meditation, chanting, shavasana ( deep rest) and yoga nidra (guided shavasana). And of course great music. My intention is to create a fun, safe,welcoming environment and to encourage connection, introspection, relaxation, self care, empowerment and healthy ways of handling stress.  


Day: Fridays

Place: Smiley Building, Studio 10

Time 4:00-5:00 ( Please arrive at least 5 minutes early)

Cost: There will be a basket for donations. A $10 donation is suggested if affordable.

Mandatory: Waiver form signed by parents at first class ( open the waiver form tab to print it out)

Bring a yoga mat if you have one, if not there will be mats to borrow.
